Return Policy
CozzyFits™ accepts returns for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item shows no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
Items with any signs of damage may compromise our ability to honor the CozzyFits™ guarantee.
Please Note:
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Certain items are exempt from returns, including intimate (under-garment) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Items exchanged for a different size or style cannot be returned once exchanged.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) with your order number.
Returns and exchanges are picked up and processed once a week.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact info@CozzyFits.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
- Items exchanged cannot be returned for a refund or another exchange.
- Please ensure your request for exchange meets the return/exchange criteria outlined above.
- CozzyFits™ will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us at info@CozzyFits.com, and we will investigate further.
Address Errors
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and do not notify us in time, we are not obligated to offer a refund or reship your order. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve address-related issues once the package has shipped.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider and the dispute is resolved in our favor, we are not obligated to accept any returns or exchanges for your order.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@CozzyFits.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims submitted after this period may not be honored. We rely on tracking and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage claims.

Any threats made against our company may result in the denial of refund or exchange requests.
