Order Processing
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 0–3 business days to process and prepare for shipping. During peak times like major holidays, processing may take up to 10 days.
- Orders placed on or near weekends or holidays may take longer to process, as our team does not work on weekends or public holidays.
- If there are any issues with your order, such as incorrect billing details or items requiring additional verification, processing may be delayed. We’ll contact you promptly to resolve any concerns.
- Once processing begins, no changes to the order (e.g., address updates or modifications) can be made.
Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–14 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Mexico, Central America & South America: 15–30 business days
Note: These delivery estimates do not include the initial processing time (0–3 business days).
We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, or labor disputes.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is unavailable, contact us at info@CozzyFits.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the recipient’s country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- CozzyFits™ is not responsible for these fees or any delays caused by customs.
- If an order is refused and returned due to customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- CozzyFits™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered.
- If your tracking states the package was delivered but you have not received it, report it to your carrier and file a claim.
- For damaged items, please contact us at info@CozzyFits.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If the order is processed or shipped with an incorrect address, we cannot make changes or retrieve the package.
- The buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier to resolve address-related issues. CozzyFits™ is not obligated to offer refunds or reship the order in such cases.
